Turn your restaurant into a weekly meal business.
Your kitchen already cooks great food; Convivo Meals lets it sell that food by the week. Publish a menu, take orders and subscriptions until the cutoff, cook exactly what was ordered, pack it with labels. No second app, no second customer list, no second POS.
Works with your existing Convivo account · monthly add-on · cancel any time
Order by Sunday. Cook Monday. Hand it over Tuesday.
Publish the week
Pick the meals, set prices and production limits, and the cutoff. The menu goes live on your website, your ordering page, your phone agent and the concierge at once.
Customers order, or subscribe
Single meals, packages ("10 meals, $109"), build-your-own, or a weekly subscription with a saved card. Reminders go out before the cutoff; after it, nobody can change the week.
Cook and pack exactly that
Production totals per recipe, ingredient requirements against live inventory, shortage → purchase order, then a packing list and a label for every container.

Questions restaurants ask before they turn it on.
Do I need a separate app or customer list?
No. Meals live inside your Convivo account next to online ordering and the phone agent. Customers get one account that works for meals and regular orders, and your Customers page shows both.
What happens at the cutoff?
Ordering closes automatically, subscriptions are charged shortly before it, and the production plan is frozen. After the cutoff nobody, including the phone agent, can add, change or skip a week; you can override from the dashboard if you need to.
How do subscriptions get paid?
Customers save a card once (Stripe, on your connected account). Each week we charge it before the cutoff and create a normal order that shows up on your kitchen tablet. Failed cards retry twice with the customer notified; no meal is produced without payment.
Does it work with my inventory?
Yes. Link a recipe to each meal and production tells you the exact ingredient and packaging requirements against what you have on hand, flags shortages and drafts the purchase order.
Can the AI phone agent take meal orders?
Yes. It knows this week's menu, prices, allergens, the cutoff and the customer's subscription. It takes the order one question at a time and will not confirm a skip or an order after the cutoff.
What if I stop offering meals?
Turn it off from Settings. Subscriptions end (customers are emailed), the website button and ordering tab disappear, and every past order stays in your history and theirs.
Your kitchen is already the hard part. Sell it by the week.
