Two ways to pay. Pay-as-you-go: no monthly subscription, just a small flat fee per order — online, kiosk and phone — with everything included. Or cover the fee yourself and pay one flat monthly price for Everything. The AI phone agent is also available on its own as a flat monthly plan.
Correct — Convivo takes 0% commission on your order totals. There's just the small flat per-order fee (or your flat plan), plus standard card-processing fees, and your money is deposited to your bank daily.
Your choice. Pass it to the customer as a service fee at checkout, cover it yourself (your share is capped at the flat "Everything" price, so it never runs away), or split it 50/50. If you cover it and hit the cap, we absorb the rest of the month.
