Is there really no commission on orders?

Correct — Convivo takes 0% commission on your online orders. You only pay standard card-processing fees, and the balance is deposited to your bank daily.

What does the setup fee cover?

We build and launch everything for you — your custom website, menu, dish pages, ordering and any Pro features — so you go live without lifting a finger. We'll walk you through it on your demo.

Can I start on Basic and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Start with a website and ordering, then add Pro features or jump to the Pro plan whenever you're ready to grow.

Do I need to buy a kiosk?

No. Kiosks are optional — use your own tablet, buy one from us, or lease. Online ordering and the concierge work on any device.

Are there long contracts?
