These Messaging Terms describe the text-message program operated through Convivo (a DBA of NINO LLC) on behalf of participating restaurants.
When you opt in, a restaurant using Convivo may send you text messages related to your orders (such as confirmations and “order ready” updates) and, if you separately opt in, occasional marketing messages about specials and promotions.
You provide consent by giving your phone number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, by checking the “order updates” or “deals & specials” option at checkout, or by texting a keyword to a restaurant's number. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your orders and the restaurant's promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will not receive further marketing messages from that number. For help, reply HELP or email hello@convivo.to. To resubscribe, reply START.
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share your mobile opt-in or consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
